Parking and arrival details for the Pre-Auction Events and the Sonoma County Barrel Auction will be posted in March 2022.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

The health and safety of our guests, vintners, sponsors and vendor partners, volunteers and team are of the utmost importance. In addition to following the most updated policies and protocols from the county and state, we have added additional measures for check-in procedures at auction events. Please refer back to this page for additional updates leading up to the events.

Proof of Negative Test Requirement

In an abundance of caution, and in addition to following the most updated policies and protocols from the county and state, we have also added additional measures for check-in procedures at the auction events:

  • Proof of a negative COVID-19 test result (within 48 hours of the event) will be required during check-in.

 Outdoor Venues

  • Barrel Auction Lot Tasting Preview Event at Bacchus Landing on Thursday, May 5 will be held outdoors in the Piazza.
  • Sonoma County Barrel Auction at MacMurray Estate Vineyards on Friday, May 6 will be held outdoors with the Live Auction Tent open on either end to ensure air flow throughout.

Masking Policies & Protocols

  • Masking policies and other protocols will continue be updated to follow the latest guidelines and mandates from the County of Sonoma Department of Health Services and State of California.
  • All vendors, catering staff and volunteers working the auction events will be required to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Policies and protocols will be posted on the Sonoma County Barrel Auction website and provided in the parking and arrival instructions for all registered guests, vintners, sponsor and vendor partners, volunteers and team members.
  • Health assessment survey will also be included in parking and arrival instructions and anyone feeling unwell will be advised to cancel attendance at the events.
  • Masks and hand sanitizing stations will be available at parking shuttle pick-up locations, entrances to event venues and restrooms.

Support Services for Auction Day

  • EMT will be onsite and available to assist throughout the event.
  • CHP will be onsite at the auction event venue and parking entrances for traffic flow assistance and guest safety throughout the event.
