SoCoBA Events Attire

There’s no need for formal attire, don your business casual outfits, Sonoma County style for these outdoor events. Please note that Friday’s barrel auction will be held in a tent on the lawn, so please consider your footwear choices accordingly.

A rare opportunity for us to showcase an exclusive, one-of-a-kind wine! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The clonal material was made possible by California’s wine pioneers, who searched, begged and smuggled Pinot Noir plantings into California. After decades of trials and winemaking, a handful of California heritage clones emerged as superior for the California climate. Day 3 of #SonomaSummit started with a master class on Cooler AVAs & The Big 3 Whites before enjoying a wine tasting & lunch at @grandcrucrush with @dumolwinery & @ernestvineyards. We can barrel-y contain our excitement to be a part of the 2023 Sonoma County Barrel Auction! #socoba The only thing better than a good pun is our Lot #7! ABOUT THE WINE: The "Whole Lot o' Moonshine" auction lot was made from the winery’s best barrels of outstanding 2022 vintage Pinot Noir from the Moonshine Ranch vineyard in the Sonoma Coast AVA. The 100% whole cluster fermentation adds many dimensions and layers of spices and exotic perfumes that captivate the mind and spirit. The vineyard is farmed by the martinelliwinery family, who have been working the land in Sonoma County for over 135 years.

Had a wonderful visit with Wine Industry Professionals from Korea. The weather cooperated, and we got a little time to green prune in the Vineyard before our tasting. A wonderful group!
